Downtown Development Group has renovated several properties in Downtown Warren including The Historic Robins Theatre. 124 North Park Condominiums and 197 West Market Condominiums as well as a soon to be open steakhouse at 124 North Park Avenue. Renovations continue with soon to be completed apartments at The Duchess Building located in The Galleria and directly beside The Robins Theatre.
