Following the succes of two industrial developments, Downtown Development Group, LLC was formed in 2014 with a focus on the revitalization and renovation of inner city and urban buildings.
Downtown Development Group has recently focused on the revitalization of Warren, OH purchasing eleven buildings in and around the downtown square and several more properties including vacant lots and parking areas.
DDG has completed a major renovations of The Mahoning Building on West Market Street and The Radio Building on North Park Avenue which include a mixed use facility offering commercial office space and luxury condominiums. Future properties will offer mixed-use as well and with the acquisition and renovation of The Historic Robins Theatre, DDG is bringing year-round entertainment to the downtown square by offering both live and cinematic productions.
